LADWP commercial customers including multifamily and hotels may apply for a commercial EV charging rebate. There are no DAC community restrictions but DAC communities are given higher priority. Qualifying properties may receive up to 80 Level 2 EV charging stations. Level 3 DC fast charging is also available but typically require infrastructure upgrades. For example candidates with parking facilities or land can leverage the DC fast charging rebate to install fast chargers and enter into contract with ride share providers like Waymo.
